Yes, Doc is patched everywhere. Their left arm is self-grafted, as is the stitching on their face and they are still missing a leg, because they haven’t find a good replacement yet.
They had a very bad encounter with one of the Witcher’s undead hound when they went after Doc’s maker. They were found soon after by Lady Mandy who took them in and they have been sewing and repairing the dolls collection ever since.
Around twelve to fifteen years ago, a one armed traumatized teddy bear was brought to them and after repairing him, Doc found themselves in the position of a parent, having to raise and educate a curiously childlike plushie, able to live, think and change on their own.
Now, Teddy is « adult » and is helping his parent with repairing dolls, tinkering with anything that fall between his paws and is the « brute » force of the doll.
The wooden arm help a lot with that.
