These two gentlemens (ha ha, no) are Ulf (the blond bearded one) and Whis, (the brown haired one), two of the Witcher's werewolf. Whis is mostly mute (he can only whisper, hence his name) because of the bite who turned him, right on the throat, courtesy of Ulf.
Ulf is just a bastard.
